EXHIBITION & ALMANAC

Throughout the time of the conference an exhibition will be organized for companies wishing to display their products and services.

The fee for a typical exhibition stand (2 x 3 m) for the full time of the conference, including one full delegate, is EUR 2200. Companies wishing to exhibit at LABAT’2008 are kindly requested to fill the appropriate box in the Registration Form and remit the exhibition fee before 30 March, 2008.

EXHIBITORS’ ALMANAC

A special Almanac of LABAT’2008 exhibitors will be published to include technical and/or commercial information about the companies exhibiting at LABAT’2008, with full-color photos of products and/or technological processes they offer, or any other information as they find appropriate. All registered LABAT’2008 participants will receive copies of the Almanac in their delegates’ packs and spare copies will be available for sale during or after the conference.
LABAT’2008 exhibitors who have paid their exhibition fee will be offered 1-2 pages of space in the Almanac free of charge. Companies having chosen, for one reason or another, not to take part in the LABAT’2008 conference and/or exhibition could also be included in the Almanac at a preferential advertisement price (300 EURO per page).
All materials for the Almanac (text and photos) shall be supplied by the exhibitors as camera-ready full-colour artwork formatted for A4 sized paper (1 or 2 pages), leaving 2 cm margins on each side. The materials shall be submitted electronically as .pdf file (printing quality) to Dr. Geno Papazov (e-mail: papazovg@bas.bg) or on CD by post/courier to LABAT’2008 Secretariat no later than 30.03.2008
