REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Everyone who has already decided to attend the LABAT’2008 conference can register by choosing one of the following options:

• Complete the on-line registration form and click the submit button to send it electronically.
• Download the registration form in MSWord format, fill it, print and fax, mail or e-mail as attachment to LABAT’2008 Secretariat.

PAYMENT OF CONFERENCE FEES

All conference fees may be paid in advance:

a) by bank transfer (net of all bank charges) to:

b) by cheque, payable to Institute of Electrochemistry and Energy Systems, for LABAT’2008

The name(s) of the delegate(s) must be clearly indicated on the cheque or the bank draft, a copy of which must accompany the Registration Form.
All bank drafts and cheques must be received at the Secretariat before:    
         
30 March, 2008 for reduced fees
30 April, 2008  for regular fees

Payment on arrival is also possible in cash or by credit cards (VISA, AMEX, DINERS CLUB, EUROCARD) at the conference Registration Desk in Grand Hotel VARNA. A 5% commission will be charged on payment by credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS

Registrations cancelled before May 15, 2008 will be refunded less a fee of 10%. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
